LARAMIE — University of Wyoming President Bob Sternberg says progress is being made on filling vacancies in upper level administrative jobs at UW.

Sternberg says some of the positions could be filled by the end of the month.

Sternberg reported to the UW trustees that two finalists for vice president of administration will visit the Laramie campus this week.

He says the search for a new provost to replace Myron Allen is not as far along.

Sternberg says a search committee for UW's No. 2 position is still being set up.

The university is also is searching for a project manager on engineering and energy.
