The Casper Star-Tribune has made several personnel changes.

Marketing director Shannon Hitchcock, will assume the role of retail manager, with oversight responsibilities for both advertising and marketing.

Classified manager Marvin Rone, who was the automotive sales manager, will supervise the classified advertising department.

In addition to his other duties, controller Ron Kay will oversee graphic design and the press area.

"I am very pleased to announce the promotions of Marvin Rone, Shannon Hitchcock and Ron Kay," Star-Tribune publisher Nathan Bekke said. "These individuals have demonstrated outstanding leadership skills and a keen ability to serve our customers. Their primary focus will continue to be helping our customers grow their businesses."

Retail sales manager Sheri Crown will move to online sales manager, and advertising design manager Karen Wilkinson's expanded responsibilities will include direct supervision of pre-press operations.

Marketing specialist Heidi Wilkinson will become marketing liaison for the newspaper.

Former advertising director Ryan Moffat left the Star-Tribune for another newspaper advertising opportunity on Friday.
