Werner Wildlife Museum juried show, “Windswept: A Juried Exhibition of Fine Arts and Crafts Celebrating Wyoming’s Wildlife and Wild Places.” Entry deadline Oct. 31, at 4:30 p.m. Show opens Nov. 9 and closes Feb. 8, 2018. Entry open to all residents of Wyoming. In keeping with the theme of wilderness, images are limited to those that can be found in the wild; no humans, domestic animals, feral animals or trappings of civilization. Art play at the Nic, designed with younger children in mind, Art Play is an opportunity for children 2 to 5 plus parent/adult to engage in art exploration and develop important skills. First Saturday of every month (Sept. 2, Oct. 7, Nov. 4) from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Free for members and $10 for non-members. Adult companions are free. This is a drop-in class. Call for photos, Art 321, submit up to three photographs, preferably matted and framed and ready to hang during the month of September. Submission deadline August 30, 2017. Pieces may be registered on line or in person at Art 321.

Award-winning photographer, Ron Hayes, offers a Beginning Photography Workshop at Art 321, 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., September 9. Workshop $45 for Art 321 members/$60 for non-members.

Art 321 hosts open ceramics studio every Tuesday morning from 10 a.m. to noon. Cost $10 per session, instructor present to assist you. Clay available for purchase or bring your own. All other supplies are provided.
