The Wyoming Community College Commission has proposed a formula that would potentially equalize how the state's seven community colleges are funded.

The commission presented the proposal at the Wyoming Community College Task Force's meeting on Friday. The task force was charged to resolve issues around community college governance, funding and capital construction.
