CHEYENNE - A flood watch has been extended through Thursday afternoon for portions of the Encampment and North Platte rivers in south-central Wyoming.
Snowmelt and rainfall has caused the North Platte River and many other streams and rivers to swell to near bankfull during the past several days.
Rawlins, Riverside, Baggs and Saratoga are included in the flood watch.
