Bar Nunn plans open house

An open house will be held to review the Town of Bar Nunn's Community Development Plan from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Bar Nunn School Gymnasium, according to a news release. The plan's purpose is to provide the community with a policy for directing the future growth and development of the community for the next 20 years.

A survey of Bar Nunn residents was conducted to gather input on community assets and what services needed improvement. A committee comprised of local officials, staff and town residents spent several months working to develop goals, policies and strategies to implement the recommendations from the survey and to develop a plan to direct the community's growth.

The plan is available for review at the Bar Nunn Town Hall.

For questions or more information, please contact the town hall at 237-7269.
