A circuit break that may have been caused by a traffic accident cut power to 2,400 Rocky Mountain Power customers Tuesday, a spokeswoman said.
At 4 p.m., power went out to customers near Wyoming Boulevard, Margaret Oler said. Details of the outage, including location of and reasons for the outage were unclear at 4:30 p.m. Oler said a car accident that may be responsible.
