This photo shows Editor Park Hays superimposed over the Dec. 28, 1894, edition of the Wyoming Derrick. In November 1908, Hays dashed off a telegram that mocked Jim Kenney for cutting a telephone line delivering election results, saying the sabotage only made the victory sweeter.
