World Changers rehabs houses
At 2 p.m. today, World Changers, representing 20 churches from nine states, will begin a week-long effort to rehabilitate houses in Casper, according to a media release.
About 275 members of the group will provide volunteer labor to rehabilitate homes of low- to moderate-income residents.
Repairs include painting, porch and fence repair, installation of storm doors and windows, roofing, accessibility and debris removal.
NIC holds weekly art class
School may be out, but Preschool Picassos is still happening on Monday afternoons at the Nicolaysen Art Museum & Discovery Center, according to a media release.
Preschool Picassos is a weekly program of fun art activities and stories for young children. Cost is $2 per member's child or $3 per non-member's child to cover supplies.

Fort Caspar holds kids programs
The Explorers Club at Fort Caspar Museum will hold six weekly programs for kids, according to a media release.
The programs will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. on Thursdays. Children will learn about Wyoming's past with stories and hands-on activities. Cost is $3 for adults and $2 for youths. Children 12 and under are free.
