Adult day center hosts activities

*Five Trails Adult Day Center, Life Steps Campus, Building E, hosts an open house today from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Events include a balloon release, scavenger hunt, ice cream social and a performance by the Red Hat Band at 2 p.m.

NC back to school

*Back to School Night at Natrona County High School will be today starting at 6:30 p.m. At 6, the counseling office will host an informational session for parents of new students in the NCHS auditorium. Info: 233-1510

New Orleans Habitat head visits

*Habitat for Humanity, The Heart of Wyoming will host the Executive Director of New Orleans on Monday at Highland Park Church at 7:30 p.m. Also, it will be an opportunity to learn about the trip to the Gulf Coast in November and the costs and plans. Space is limited, so interested churches, businesses or individuals should attend to learn more.

Child sexual abuse conference set

*National lecturer and trainer, Dr. Wayne Duehn will present a conference today and Tuesday in Casper at the Ramkota Inn. Registration fee is $60 for both days, including lunch. Registration can also be completed at the conference. Info: 237-0889.
