The Leadership Casper program, under the direction of the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce, provides monthly in-depth studies of specific topics as they relate to the community. Monthly sessions include site visits, tours and interactive programs that provide participants with a better understanding of community issues with a greater respect for resources and services provided in the Casper community. Team building exercises and personality assessments round out the program.
The 2009-10 Leadership Casper class has been selected and includes Bob Auflick, U.S. Small Business Administration; Jon Boulanger, Wells Fargo Bank; Isabella Breeding, First Interstate Bank; Chandra Burgess, Wyoming Medical Center Foundation; Kelsey Campbell, Sen. John Barrasso's office; Richard Fujita, Casper College; April Gindulis, City of Casper Natrona County Health Department; Leah Henderson, Casper/Natrona County International Airport; Nicol Kramer, Williams, Porter, Day & Neville, PC; Katrina Lorenzen, Natrona County School District; Kim McAtee, River-Rail Community Federal Credit Union; Julie Mosteller, Western Vista Federal Credit Union; Melissa Ortberg, SOS Staffing; Amy Plumb, Stateline No. 7 Architects; William Rogers, Jonah Bank of Wyoming; Lori Saunders, City of Casper Natrona County Health Department; Christine Stack, First Interstate Wealth Management; and Candy York, Casper Area Chamber of Commerce.
Monthly sessions will include orientation, retreat, public safety, armed forces, media/communication/technology, sponsored by Comtronix; real estate/construction/energy resources, Business Day at the Legislature, government and legal systems, education, business community and cultural Casper, sponsored by Wells Fargo Bank; health and human services and graduation.
Leadership Casper is open to emerging and established leaders who wish to increase their leadership skills, knowledge, and participation in their community.
