College/career nights set
Career and College Post High School Planning Nights: (Featuring: Hathaway Scholarship Information) tonight and tomorrow night at 7 p.m. Monday's program will be at Kelly Walsh High School in the KW cafeteria, Tuesday's program will be at Natrona County High School in the NC band room.
With the passage of the Hathaway Scholarship Legislation our students are provided a unique opportunity to help pay for their college education. There are many questions regarding the Hathaway Scholarship Program. This is the time to have those questions answered and to see what possibilities are available at Wyoming's seven community colleges and the University of Wyoming.
We will start with a presentation about the Hathaway Scholarship, followed by a question and answer session. The university and the community colleges will have an opportunity to present the unique programs available at their institutions that range from certificate programs to graduate level degrees. To close out the evening there will be a college fair, affording participants the opportunity to gather information and talk with admission representatives from the respective Wyoming institutions.
