Incorrect charges
Mills police arrested a 17-year-old girl and charged her with interference, unauthorized use of personal identification, no driver's license, no insurance, and expired registration on Monday. Charges against Kayla Elizabeth Schrader, 22, were misidentified in Wednesday's Star-Tribune.
The Star-Tribune regrets the error.
