One of three California residents charged in connection with an alleged credit card scam pleaded not guilty Friday in Natrona County Circuit Court.
D'Ann Janice Nunley, 24, is charged with conspiring to commit credit card fraud and obtain goods by false pretenses.
Police arrested Nunley and three other people in July while looking into a possible credit card scam being performed at area banks.
