  • Wanted for: Probation revocation, driving under the influence, driving under suspension

    Year of birth: 1988

Original Crime: Police say Ian Moore was driving while intoxicated on his way home from a party on Dahlia on Jan. 12.

According to the arresting officer, Moore failed several sobriety tests, including a one-leg stand, the walk and turn, and the horizontal gaze nystagmus test.

Moore was taken to the Natrona County Detention Center, where he reportedly blew a 0.17 blood alcohol level.

If convicted, it will be Moore’s fifth DUI, his affidavit states. The prior arrests occurred in 2012, 2010 and twice in 2007. Officials say Moore’s license was additionally suspended at the time of the latest arrest.

  • Year of birth: 1978

Wanted for: Probation revocation, possession of a controlled substance

Crime: On Dec. 15, Casper Police discovered Justine LaFernier and her boyfriend, Kevin Smith, looking “dirty and disheveled” in a vacant house on West 12th Street.

An officer asked LaFernier for consent to search a purse she had been eyeing, and found a spent syringe in the purse pocket. Another syringe was later found in her jacket pocket, an affidavit states.

The officer additionally collected what was suspected to be a marijuana soda can from the closet and a baggie of crystal meth.

Police say LaFernier is a heavy methamphetamine user and has previously had her children taken away due to meth-related child endangerment charges.

  • Year of birth: 1980

Wanted for: Possession of a controlled substance

Alleged crime: On April 23, Casper and Mills Police officers executed a search warrant at a home on Wilcox Street in Mills. They found four men inside and two in the backyard.

Patrick McNaughton was one of the men found at the residence but was only a temporary guest, officials say. Police located multiple items of methamphetamine paraphernalia and loaded syringes of the drug itself, the affidavit states.

A white plastic soap dish with a mirror, razor blades, multiple baggies containing residue and a glass methamphetamine pipe was reportedly found in the room McNaughton was staying in. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Alleged crime: Police say Christopher Capper assaulted his on-again, off-again girlfriend at Casper’s eastside Wal-Mart on Dec. 18.

The two had agreed to meet at the big box store to exchange belongings, the woman told police, and Capper became enraged when he realized she had forgotten his TV.

The woman said Capper hit her in the face with a “mostly open” hand and drove off. A warrant was subsequently issued for Capper’s arrest on the charge of domestic assault and battery.

I just have to.say that while I am typically the person to.agree with sentences for anything having to do with repeat offenses ( even though tragedy only takes once) I think that those of you who want Ian to sit behind bars are negative in your thoughts. For anything dealing with drugs and alcohol there are better alternatives, like actually helping them. Knowing Ian personally, he has a good heart and myself being a parent and agreeing with others concerns, I know Ian would never Hurt anyone intentionally and would be a mess should it happen. he is part of a family too. Often enough he puts others first landing himself in trouble. He knows the decisions he makes arent always good ones and when you talk to him you can tell he wants to get things together and better his life, a job to do when the news makes him most wanted and people treat them like garbage like some of you. If you can already see that is has spent time in jail and it is not making a difference why arent we responsible enough to.find a better solution?

Anyone with 4 DUI's and potentially a fifth by age 25 needs to be in prison and not held in high regard by his family. Based on his record and your spelling and grammar, you both have made a few wrong choices.

Ian Moore needs to finally sit his behind in a jail cell. Nothing is going to stop this guy. He even got off easy when he stabbed a guy in his car. Got off on 6 months probation and fines...guess what...he was even let off of probation before he finished paying his fines to the state victims unit or the victim... So yes I hope someone does turn him in....either that or let him get caught by the guy he stabbed...

To the contrary.... I an is EXACTLY the kind of person I want the police to find!! His 5th DUI if convicted....I am trying to figure out how we go from 4 DUI's, driving without a license, and putting peoples lives in danger because he drives while he is drunk to "an amazing person"

If he is such a great human being, have him turn himself in.....past that...I have no sympathy....

Please explain to me, will he still be a wonderful guy after he runs over a 5 year old? Or after he kills your best friend in a head on because he was drunk?

"If convicted, it will be Moore’s fifth DUI, his affidavit states. The prior arrests occurred in 2012, 2010 and twice in 2007. Officials say Moore’s license was additionally suspended at the time of the latest arrest".----Guess what that all means?? Ian has not learned that drinking and driving is not legal.

You folks are great enablers. Keep yacking about what a great guy he is, you'll give him everything he needs to continue to place peoples lives in danger. Hopefully they can catch him, and help him get sober....before he kills someone else, or himself. Ian doesn't need a pat on the back, and someone to say "Oh, I'm so sorry. Those rotten police officers, how could they? Ian needs his burro pulled through the knothole!!!

Yeah. A DUI and a probation revocation for the DUI charge. Doesn't warrant a top spot. On the most wanted list. So sad indeed
