Police are looking for suspects following the robbery of a Casper gas station and the attempted robbery of a liquor store.

Casper Police Department Sgt. Mike Ogden on Friday morning said he did not know if a weapon was used and that it was unclear if the crimes were related to an armed gas station robbery that took place Nov. 25.

Multiple people attempted a robbery around 8:15 p.m. Thursday of Party Time Liquors at the intersection of South McKinley and Farnum streets, Ogden said. The robbers did not leave with any money or merchandise, but he could not say why.

Fifteen minutes later, the same people robbed USA Gasoline at the intersection of CY Avenue and Poplar Street, Ogden added. They took an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police are gathering surveillance footage and do not yet have a suspect description available.

Ogden asked anyone with knowledge of the crimes to call 307-235-8278.
