The bride-elect is the daughter of Margaret and Donald Pomroy of Casper.

The prospective groom is the son of Steve and Carmen Dax of Chicago, Ill. and DeLane Bates of Mesa, Ariz.

The bride-elect graduated from Natrona County High School and is currently employed at Garden Square Assisted Living.

The prospective groom graduated in Chicago and currently works as a welder at J.W. Williams.
