GENESEE, Colo. - Tennille Overman and Troy Hamler are engaged to marry Sept. 23, 2006, in Genesee.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Robert and Sandra Overman of Casper.

The prospective groom is the son of William and Susan Hamler of Rye, Colo.

The bride-elect received her master's degree in educational psychology from the University of Colorado. She is currently a career advisor at DeVry University in Westminster, Colo.

The prospective groom received his master's degree in business administration from Colorado State University. He is currently the CEO/owner of a Mortgage Bank in Denver, Colo.

They met in Denver in 2002.
