Civil Judgments Granted

*State and Minda K. Gilleland and minor v. Ricky C. Walker, paternity or parental rights, R. Walker arrears are totaled at amount and R. Walker is to pay per month toward arrears; R. Walker is to provide new financial affidavit

*Pamela Marie Moore v. Bradley David Moore, divorce/annulment, defendant to pay child support per month and defendant agrees to pay an additional per month toward arrears balance until arrearages are paid in full; plaintiff awarded judgment against defendant through July 2005 for child support arrears

*High Plains Financial Service LLC v. James Allen Barankiewicz, judgment for lien, plaintiff awarded judgment against defendant as set forth in order

Criminal Dismissals Granted

*State v. Christopher Carl Walker, captioned matter is dismissed

Criminal Judgments Granted

*State v. Kristen Arthur, defendant's probation is revoked and she is to await transfer to WWC to serve not less than 3 years nor more than 4 years suspended with successful completion of 2 years of supervised probation with numerous conditions including successful completion of felony program at CAC; bond shall continue until her acceptance and placement in the felony CAC program

*State v. Jason Lee Whitney, defendant's probation is revoked and defendant is remanded to custody of NCSO to await transfer to WSP to serve not less than 12 months nor more than 14 months with credit of 129 days previously served; shall pay balance of restitution as ordered in the Judgment & Sentence filed on March 18, 2004; defendant shall pay balance to public defender fund.
