Regarding the real story of corruption behind ACORN, it's a toss-up on whose integrity is the most dubitable; members in Congress insistent on protecting these social parasites, or the media whose only consistency appears to be keeping the American public in the dark on issues that should be of critical concern to all.

There is a growing list of legislation and investigations that congressmen and representatives have attempted to initiate that identifies and seeks to exterminate a much longer list of fraudulent and criminal activities by ACORN -- all of which have been instantly shot down, strategically dismantled or downright ignored by Nancy Pelosi and Barney Frank.

Facts:

ACORN is being indicted for voter fraud registration in 12 states due to workers turning in hundreds of thousands of bogus registration forms filled out for fictitious, dead, duplicate or under-voter-age individuals.

ACORN was a key player in the housing and banking crash of 2008; using the CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) as their traction, and Barney Frank as their protagonist, ACORN campaigned against banks to force them to issue high-risk loans to low-income people.

And now the latest that has made the news; ACORN advises and plots with pimps and hookers on how to organize brothels comprised of under-age illegal immigrants with our tax dollars.

ACORN received $997,402 of taxpayer dollars two weeks ago by FEMA.

ACORN has received $53 million of taxpayer money since 1994. This total does not include any 2009 funding.

ACORN was waiting in the wings for $8.5 billion in stimulus [taxpayer] money -- until this latest scandal).

ACORN was partnered with the U.S. Census Bureau for the 2010 Census -- until this latest scandal.

I would venture to say that any American citizen enlightened to the truth behind ACORN would have a huge problem with their tax dollars going to this organization, or having them involved in any U.S. Census. The problem with ACORN is not a right versus left issue -- it's right versus wrong. Until our elected representatives figure that out, they will continue to swindle the public and spit on our U.S. Constitution, and until the ''mainstream'' media figures this out, people will never know the truth of what is happening to our country.
