Republican gubernatorial candidate Ray Hunkins will roll out the second piece of his plan to combat methamphetamine at a news conference 10 a.m. Friday in the Champagne Room at the Parkway Plaza Hotel in Casper.

Hunkins previously said that if he's elected, he will appoint a cabinet-level administrator to coordinate the state's substance abuse efforts. Hunkins will talk on Friday about the second part of his plan dealing with law enforcement and interdiction efforts.
