Panic Relief Inc.

* A panic and anxiety group is now forming in Newcastle, featuring programs every Monday from noon-1 p.m. and every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The program is geared to help anyone suffering from panic, anxiety, and agoraphobia to cope with these disorders. Info: (732) 940-9658.

* Feb. 13, 5:30 p.m., One Book One County: Fahrenheit 451 will be held featuring a film, pizza and discussion at White Mountain Library.

* Feb. 22, 10 a.m.-9 p.m., the Wyoming Community College Conference will be hosted by WWCC at the Hitching Post in Cheyenne. Keynote speaker will be Dennis Snow with "Everything Speaks." There will be breakout sessions, a legislative reception and more. Info: (307) 382-1602.

* Feb. 22, 12:15 p.m., there will be a gallery talk for the Body Eclectic Exhibition in the campus Art Gallery. The exhibit features artwork by Nita Kehoe Gadway and Barbara Rita Jenny showing two disparate views of body parts. Free and open to the public.

* Feb. 23, 7:30 p.m., Friday Night Live will be held featuring poet/essayist Rick Kempa. The event is free and open to the public.

* Feb. 27, from noon-1 p.m., Black History Month Celebration featuring music and readings. The event is free and open to the public.

* Feb. 27, 7 p.m., One Book One County: Fahrenheit 451 will be held featuring a panel entitled, "A Burning Discussion," in Room 1302. Admission is free and open to the public.

UW estate planning sessions

* Sessions to help farmers and ranchers begin the estate planning process are being held across Wyoming. The programs, entitled "Passing It On: Farm Transfer and Estate Planning in Wyoming," are offered by the University of Wyoming Cooperative Extension Service (UW CES) in partnership with the Wyoming Agriculture and Natural Resource Mediation Program. The workshops are free, but the binder of transfer planning materials costs $10. Info: ces.uwyo.edu/Counties.asp. Programs will be held on the following dates at the following locations:
