GILLETTE, Wyo. (AP) - A photography group will visit northeast Wyoming this week to shoot pictures for a hunting gear guide that will appear in outdoor sports magazines.

Members of North American Media Group will be in Gillette through Friday to take photos for their 2004 Hunting Wear & Gear Guide, which contains pictures showing the gear in hunting scenes.

The guide then will be published in North American Hunter magazine for August 2004 and Shooting Industry Retailer for February 2004.

The group shot similar photos in Park County last year. They enjoyed Wyoming so much that they wanted to return, this time to the eastern part of the state, Gillette Convention and Visitors Bureau Mary Kelley said.

Gillette and northeast Wyoming will receive substantial editorial coverage in the magazines, published contact information and the display of the photos and other information online through July 2005.

"It's everything but TV. Everybody's going to know about you," said Patty Fowler, a marketing specialist with the group.
