Cheyenne Depot event

* The Sunshine Generation children's group will be dancing and singing to your Christmas favorites at noon today at the Cheyenne Depot Museum, 121 W. 15th St. Following the performance, Tuba Christmas will perform traditional holiday music beginning at 1 p.m. Info: (307) 632-3905.

Freudenthals host home tour

Bighorn Mountain Polka Club

Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra

* The Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra presents its 2006-07 season entitled, "A World of Color," celebrating the brilliant colors that great composers use in creating masterpieces. Season tickets are available for $35. Ask about discounts and flex packages. Lander Community Concert Association

* The 60th Anniversary Season of the Lander Community Concert Association continues with concerts being held in the Lander Valley High School auditorium, each beginning at 7 p.m. Season subscription tickets are $40 for adults, $15 for students (age 21 and under), and $90 for a family (two adults and affiliated students 21 and under). Cowboys Against Cancer

* Nov. 3, 2007, the annual benefit for the Cowboys Against Cancer will be held at the Sweetwater County Events Complex, 3320 Yellowstone Rd. in Rock Springs, with doors opening at 4 p.m. and dinner being served at 6 p.m. A live auction and dance will follow. Panic Relief Inc.

* A panic and anxiety group is now forming in Newcastle, featuring programs every Monday from noon-1 p.m. and every Wednesday from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The program is geared to help anyone suffering from panic, anxiety, and agoraphobia to cope with these disorders. Info: (732) 940-9658.

Stammtisch

* A lunchtime group for German speakers or learners meets the first and third Tuesday of the month from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Cheyenne. Info: (307) 771-8706.

Women in Black

* First Wednesday of each month, from noon-1 p.m., meet in front of the courthouse on Center and B Streets. All who share a concern for a just and peaceful world are invited to join this silent vigil. If you come please dress in black, stand in silence (no marching, banners, or confrontations), stay on the sidewalk, don't block walkers or cars, and respond to questions.

Parent-education seminars

* The Wyoming Children's Access Network provides parent-education seminars for divorcing, separated and never-married parents. The seminar is provided monthly in Casper, Cheyenne, Cody, Gillette, Jackson, Lander, Laramie, Rawlins, Rock Springs, Sheridan and Torrington and provides information about the impact of parental conflict on children and teaches the parents skills to help with the difficult transition. Grandparents, aunts, uncles and other adults close to the children are welcome to attend as well.There is a nominal fee for the seminar that may be waived upon request, based on need. UW art exhibition

* The University of Wyoming Art Museum, in the Centennial Complex at 22nd and Willett Dr., will display paintings from the exhibition, "The Taos Society of Artists, 1915-1927," through Dec. 22. The Taos Society is a group of 12 artists that paint the land and the people of northern New Mexico. Big Horn museum hosts exhibition

* The Bradford Brinton Memorial & Museum's 16th Annual Holiday Show presents the one-person show entitled, "Bridger Konkel - A Year Afield," which will run through Dec. 23. The show is comprised of 58 oil paintings by 21 year-old Bridger Konkel, the youngest artist ever to be granted a one-person show at the museum.
