Volunteers sought
* To celebrate National Trails Day, the Bureau of Land Management hosts a volunteer event on June 4 at Sinks Canyon climbing area. Participants will construct retaining walls along the cliffs of the area; routes known as "Action Candy" and "Blood Brother" will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. so that volunteers may work on reducing potential hazards there. Painting/collage workshop
* Artists Alice Fuller and Maggie Carlson will teach a painting and collage workshop in Ucross Foundation Art Gallery from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Advance registration is required and the class is limited to 12 participants. Wyoming Trucking Association

The 2005 Wyoming Truck Driving Championship, which is open to public spectators, features a skills test at 9:30 a.m.; and an awards banquet that evening.
