* Feb. 9, 4 p.m. The CCPL System Board meets in the board room and the Teen Advisory Board meets in the Young Adult Department. The board meeting is open to the public and the TAB is open to all interested junior-high and high-school students.

* The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) volunteers will help prepare federal and state income-tax returns for low-income or disabled individuals and non-English-speaking or elderly taxpayers. * Reservations are required for a free public program on Wyoming's new Graduated Driver License Law, scheduled at 7 p.m. Feb. 9 in Northwest College's Fagerberg Building Room 70, Powell. The meeting is hosted by Powell Valley Community Education and features Powell Driver Education Program coordinator Ingrid Eickstedt. * Feb. 18, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., UW/Converse County Cooperative Extension office, Wyoming State Fairgrounds, Douglas.
