SUNDANCE - Funeral services for Kenneth "Mike" Bush, 71, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, 2008, at the Sundance United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tom Martin officiating, burial will follow at Mt. Mount Moriah Cemetery.
He died on Nov. 16, 2008, at his home in Sundance.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to benefit the Cardiac Rehab Unit of the Crook County Medical Services District, condolences may be sent to, P.O. Box 123, Sundance, WY, 82729
