LINGLE - - A celebration of life for Walter Niel Tobin, 64, will be held at 5 p.m., Thursday, July 2, 2009, at the Corner Bar.
Cremation has taken place.
Private family burial will take place at a later date.
He died Thursday, June 25, 2009, at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center.
Cremation was under the direction of the Colyer Funeral Home.
