KEMMERER - Mass of Christian Burial for Max Lee Borino was celebrated March 29, 2004, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Kemmerer.

He died peacefully on March 24, 2004, with his family beside him.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Although he saw many parts of the world by sea, he preferred the hills and mountains of Wyoming.

A member of Lincoln County Search and Rescue, Commissary Commandos, Eagles, and Kemmerer Volunteer Fire Department, he enjoyed life and time spent with his family and friends. He loved being outdoors scuba-diving, snowmobiling, camping, hunting and fishing; playing cribbage and poker; and listening to music.

Survivors include his wife, Judy; two children and their spouses, Paula and Max; a granddaughter; parents, Tony and Rebecca; sister, Karen, and her husband; and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials to the scholarship fund at Community First National Bank in Kemmerer.
