The Wyoming State Board of Education will hold a special meeting from 8 to 11 a.m. Monday in Room 126 of the Hathaway Building in Cheyenne.

Gov. Matt Mead will address the board. Items for discussion will include passed legislation that created an appointed director position for the Wyoming Department of Education, beginning the search process for a director and pending legislation.
