Wyoming Superintendent of Public Instruction Cindy Hill will meet with top state lawmakers Friday.

In a Tuesday letter, Hill informed House Speaker Tom Lubnau, R-Gillette, she would meet with the Legislature's Management Council, or leaders of the House and Senate, at its Friday meeting in Cheyenne.

The Management Council is weighing an investigation of the Hill's activities during her time leading the Wyoming Department of Education. Hill has expressed concern a special legislative investigatory panel will consist of legislators biased against her.
