In Curt Wartick's letter, "Politics can be divisive, but different views are essential," he writes that Oleta Thomas' "inflexible, continuous criticisms of our duly elected president are getting really old." With this, Wartick has joined those whining on this page about being tired of the critics of Trump, less than a year into his presidency, who over the unrelenting 8 years of vitriol directed at President Obama, never expressed any concern about the "continuous criticisms of our duly elected president."

Wartick further refers to Thomas with, "A slanted, inflexible, 24-7 personal hate cannot be factually or logically addressed." With this, Wartick reveals a hypocritical, double standard which he applies to those he claims hate Trump, but not to those who hated Obama.

Wartick claims that "lib/Dems" have "little regard or concern for border security, immigration law, tax reform for the shrinking middle class, health care, economic recovery or failed international leadership." With this, Wartick reveals his totally partisan bias. This statement of his is completely absurd. People on both sides of the political divide care about these things. The differences are in how to address them.

As for age-old hate groups not being Trump's fault, of course they're not. But there are those who think that Trump's rhetoric has encouraged them to come out of their dark hiding places into open view.

Wartick ends his letter by writing that the attitudes of the Trump haters "are getting really worn out." It's a shame that he didn't express this opinion about the Obama haters less than a year into his presidency, or at any other time during Obama's 8 years in office.
