SCRANTON, Pa. (AP) -- Tyler Wade hit a walk-off single with two outs in the 11th inning, as the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders topped the Lehigh Valley IronPigs 5-4 on Thursday. With the victory, the RailRiders swept the three-game series.
Zack Zehner scored the game-winning run after he started the inning on second and advanced to third on a groundout.
The RailRiders tied the game 4-4 when Mike Ford hit a two-run home run in the eighth.
Reliever Brady Lail (4-1) went two scoreless innings, striking out four and walking one to get the win. Jacob Waguespack (0-4) went 1 2/3 innings, allowing one run and one hit in the International League game. He also struck out one and walked one.
Joey Meneses homered and doubled, scoring two runs for the IronPigs.
