The Casper College women's basketball team ran through Laramie County Community College with an impressive 90-59 victory at Swede Erickson Thunderbird Gym on Saturday.

The Thunderbirds had just defeated the Golden Eagles 93-70 the previous Saturday. Home-court advantage and familiarity helped the T-Birds (13-2) put away Laramie County CC (10-6) early in this meeting.

Casper College goes into the winter break as the No. 18 team in the country and without a game until it hosts Western Nebraska CC on Jan. 8. The Cougars were the T-Birds most recent loss, 77-72 back on Dec. 5.
