The Casper College basketball teams hit the road again Saturday as they head to Sheridan College to take on the Generals.

The 22nd-ranked Thunderbirds' women's team (19-2, 5-0 Region IX North) has won nine in a row after a 73-60 win over Northwest College on Wednesday. Sheridan College (10-11, 3-2) lost a 92-91 four-overtime thriller to Gillette College on Wednesday.

Lucie Hoskova leads the T-Birds in scoring at 13.5 points per game, followed by Paula Orenes Sanchez (11.6) and Emily Robertson (10.8).

The T-Birds' men's team (16-5, 4-1) is coming off a 100-85 victory over Northwest and faces a Sheridan College team (17-3, 3-2) that is ranked No. 17 in the latest NJCAA Top 25.

Antun Maricevic and Chase Winchester pace the T-Birds with 14.6 points per game, with Nolan Bertain (13.1) and Damian Wilson (10.8) also averaging double-digit points.
