The Casper College basketball teams will be looking for repeat performances Wednesday when they host Miles Community College at Swede Erickson Thunderbird Gym.

The T-Birds' women's team (22-2, 8-0 Region IX North) is currently ranked No. 17 in the nation and is riding a 12-game winning streak. Casper College won 72-49 at Miles CC back on Jan. 12.

Freshman Lucie Hoskova leads the T-Birds with 12.9 points per game, followed by sophomores Paula Orenes Sanchez (11.0) and Emily Robertson (10-6).

The men's team, meanwhile, has dropped three of five after starting 3-0 in conference play, which included a 97-94 overtime victory at Miles CC on Jan. 12.

For the T-Birds (17-7, 5-3), five players are averaging double-digit points: Antun Maricevic (14.9), Nolan Bertain (14.1), Chase Winchester (13.8), Damian Wilson (10.8) and Wilfried Likayi (10.3).
