The Casper College men's basketball team got a much-needed win Saturday with a 68-67 defeat of Western Wyoming Community College at Swede Erickson Thunderbird Gym.

Sophomore point guard Chase Winchester had 20 points and eight assists while Nolan Bertain added 12 points and Antun Maricevic 10 points and 10 rebounds.

With the win, the T-Birds took sole possession of fourth place in the sub-region standings and are just one game back of Central Wyoming College. Casper College hosts the Rustlers on Wednesday.
