Casper College sophomore Jackson Stent will continue his basketball career at Houston Baptist University after committing to the school on Tuesday.

The 6-foot-8 Stent started 16 games for the Thunderbirds (22-10) this past season, averaging 6.9 points and 3.4 rebounds per game. He shot 50 percent from the field, 32.4 percent from behind the arc and 80 percent from the free-throw line.

Houston Baptist finished 6-25 in the Southland Conference this past season.
