The 14th-ranked Casper College women's basketball team outscored Sheridan College 24-11 in the fourth quarter to pull out a 69-56 victory Wednesday at Swede Erickson Thunderbird Gym.

The T-Birds (27-2, 13-0 Region IX North) have won 17 in a row heading into the regular season finale Saturday against Gillette College.

Sophomore center Emily Robertson (Natrona County) scored a game-high 21 points on 7-of-11 shooting and a perfect 7-of-7 performance from the free throw line to lead the T-Birds. Natalia Panufnik was the only other Casper College player to finish in double figures with 10.

The T-Birds, who will host the Region IX tournament March 8-10, host Gillette at 3 p.m. Saturday.
