Neil Williams III, who qualified for the College National Finals Rodeo four times while at Casper College, was named the T-Birds' assistant rodeo coach on Tuesday.

The Natrona County High School graduate made it to the season-ending rodeo in bareback bronc riding and bull riding. Williams also competed in saddle bronc riding while at Casper College.

At the 2015 CNFR, Williams made it to the short go-round in both bareback and bull riding. He was second in the first go of bareback and finished 10th overall and was 12th in bull riding after placing fifth in the third go.

Williams replaces Dantan Bertsch. The former T-Bird, who lives in Canada, was unable to attend a work visa.
