Jed Loveless, a four-time state finalist and Utah High School State Champion while at Payson High School, announced his commitment to the University of Wyoming wrestling program, head coach Mark Branch announced on Monday.

Loveless also finished third at the 2016 Reno Tournament of Champions and the 2017 USA Wrestling Folkstyle Nationals. He is projected to wrestle in the 149-157 weight classes for the Cowboys.

His older brother, Zac, was a 2014 National Junior College Athletic Association Champion at Northwest College.

Loveless joins Sandpoint, Idaho native Casey Randles, Goddard, Kansas native Cale Davidson and Wyomingites Hayden Hastings (Sheridan) and Carless Looney (Laramie) as the signees for the 2017 Cowboys recruiting class.
