Bryce Meredith earned the silver medal at 141 pounds, leading the University of Wyoming wrestling team to a fifth-place finish at the Big 12 Championships in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Sunday.

Meredith, Drew Templeman, Branson Ashworth and Cole Mendenhall all advanced to the NCAA Championship with their finishes at the conference meet.

Mendenhall (149 pounds) and Templeman (125) both took home bronze medals while Ashworth took fifth (165).

Oklahoma State won the team championship with 176.5 points, followed by Oklahoma (93.5), South Dakota State (90.5) and North Dakota State (82.5) ahead of Wyoming (71.5).

The NCAA Division I Wrestling Committee will meet to select remaining at-large qualifiers for the national meet, which starts on March 16.
