The University of Wyoming women's golf team finished tenth at the Battle at the Rock after finishing final rounds on Tuesday. Senior Gabrielle Gibson placed tied for tenth to lead the Cowgirls after shooting a 5-over 77 at Oak Quarry Golf Club in Riverside, Calif.

Junior Megan Knadler finished tied for 42nd with a 230, just one shot ahead of freshman teammate Jordan Remley, who was playing as an individual. Redshirt freshman Cailtyn Skavdahl was two shots behind Knadler.

Redshirt sophomore Kaylee Knadler, who also played as an individual, shot a 2-over 74, Wyoming's best round on Tuesday, to tie for 53rd. Erin Sargent tied for 56th while Sarah Hankins tied for 67th.

The Cowgirls combined to shoot a 912 while event winner UC Davis finished at 874.
