Blayne Baker, a 6-foot-5, 250-pound offensive tackle/defensive end from Sheridan, verbally committed to Wyoming on June 26. Wyoming offered Baker on April 6.

It was his first offer. He was later offered by Montana State and Northern Colorado.

Baker is ranked as a two-star recruit by Scout. He is not ranked by Rivals, 247 Sports or ESPN.

Baker is Wyoming's third known verbal commit of the 2018 class. He was joined 40 minutes later by tight end Jackson Marcotte.

He is Wyoming's first in-state commit since Torrington's Logan Harris, who became Wyoming's first known verbal commit of the 2017 class June 27, 2016 -- nearly a year to the day before Baker's commitment.
