Larry Legend: Nance has career game as Cavs beat Pistons

Former University of Wyoming standout Larry Nance Jr. made the most of his first start with the Cleveland Cavaliers on Monday.

Nance, who was traded from the Los Angeles Lakers to his hometown team last month, finished with 22 points and 15 rebounds in 32 minutes in the Cavaliers' 112-90 victory over the Detroit Pistons.

Nance also helped hold Pistons' all-star big man Andre Drummond to 15 points and nine rebounds.
