Sophomore Rikka Kujala and redshirt-freshman Daley Handy are leaving the University of Wyoming women's basketball program, the school announced Tuesday.

Kujala, a 5-foot-5 guard from Finland, played in 47 games the past two seasons for the Cowgirls. The 6-0 Handy played in 10 games this season after sitting out last year with a knee injury.

"Both players have excelled in the classroom and as teammates in this program," UW head coach Joe Legerski said in a release. "We wish them the best in their future endeavors."

Legerski added that the UW staff and players would have no further comments on the matter.
