Fresh off a 67-62 win against Montana, the University of Wyoming women's basketball team is set for its first road game of the season on Thursday at the University of Denver. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Hamilton Gym against the Pioneers.

Senior Liv Roberts scored a game-high 15 points against the Lady Griz while junior Bailee Cotton tallied 11 points and a team-high six rebounds. Clara Tapia and Sladjana Rakovic both added ten points for the Cowgirls.

Denver is 1-1 after defeating Air Force but losing to Northern Colorado.

It is the 26th meeting between the two schools with Wyoming leading the series 21-4. The Cowgirls won the most recent meeting, 59-49, back on Nov. 17, 2016.
