Liv Roberts had 19 points and 10 rebounds to lead the University of Wyoming women's basketball team to a 66-55 victory over New Mexico on Monday in Laramie.

Roberts' second consecutive double-double helped lift the Cowgirls (10-5, 3-1 MW) to their third win in a row and atop the Mountain West.

Bailee Cotton added 13 points and six rebounds, while Taylor Rusk pitched in 10 points and Natalie Baker had nine points and six rebounds as UW improved to 7-0 at the Arena-Auditorium this season.

The Cowgirls moved ahead of the Lobos (15-3, 3-2) in the conference standings and are tied with Fresno State.

Wyoming plays at Border War rival Colorado State on Saturday. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m.
