n CODY 46, SHERIDAN 45: On Thursday, Zach Paris scored 10 points, including a three-pointer in the final minute, as the Cody Broncs earned a trip to state.

n KELLY WALSH 74, RIVERTON 63: On Thursday, Brian Ridgeway and Korey Downing each had 18 points as the Trojans earned a trip to state with a win over the Wolverines.
The two combined to go 16-of-24 from the free-throw line, including 12-of-15 in the fourth quarter to ice the game. Cobi Eskew had 16 points, all of them coming after halftime.
Kaey Armajo led Riverton with 17 points, while Chris Caines had 13 and Chad Hopkins pitched in 11. The teams combined for 45 fouls and 57 free-throw attempts in the contest.
n NATRONA COUNTY 58, CODY 50: On Friday, Art Steward scored 24 points and Michael Dietz had 16 of his 19 in the second half as the Mustangs fought off a slow first half to beat the Broncs.
NC trailed by four after the first quarter and 21-20 at the break, but out-scored Cody 19-12 to take over in the second half. Dietz and Steward combined for all 19 Mustang points in the third quarter.
Tom Earl scored 12 for NC, including eight in the fourth quarter. Adam Waddell led the Broncs with 18 points and Matt Clark had 14.
Cody was 13-of-15 from the free-throw line, but NC got to the stripe 29 times and converted on 18 of those attempts.
3A West Regional

n MOUNTAIN VIEW 63, POWELL 51: On Thursday, Kyle Bullinger scored 24 points as the Buffaloes jumped on top of the Panthers early and didn't look back.

n JACKSON 74, KEMMERER 58: On Thursday, Sam Hayden scored 30 points and the Broncs pulled away with a 30-point third quarter.

n LANDER 83, PINEDALE 69: On Friday, the Tigers jumped out to an 18-point lead at halftime and held off the Wranglers thanks to five players in double-figures.

n MOUNTAIN VIEW 64, JACKSON 43: On Friday, the Buffaloes, backed by 32 points from Kyle Bollinger, jumped out to a nine-point lead in the opening quarter and out-scored the Broncs 35-23 in the second half to reach the regional final.

n NATRONA COUNTY 70, CODY 33: On Thursday, down 12-10 early, the Natrona Fillies went on a 34-4 run going into halftime and cruised to a victory over the Cody Fillies.
Dana Seth scored all of her game-high 17 points in the first half.
"She was a real spark for us," NC coach Brian Costello said. "That (run) was the difference in the game."
Four NC players scored at least 11 points in the victory which gave them a berth in the state tournament. Bethany Medders had 17 points, Maurica Medders had 16 points and 10 rebounds and Makenzie Bartsch had 11. Britney Jackson had nine points and five assists.
"It was a big game," Costello said. "Cody battled and it was close early, then our kids just relaxed and played."
Jessie Olson led Cody with 10 points.
n KELLY WALSH 48, RIVERTON 36: On Thursday, Morgan Griffith scored seven of her nine points in the third quarter as the Trojans used a balanced offensive attack to earn a state berth with a victory over the Wolverines.
KW had just a five-point lead at halftime, but out-scored Riverton 33-26 after the break.
"The girls are tremendously excited," KW coach Pat Scissons said. "They deserve it. They've worked hard and it's nice to see them get rewarded."
Emily Rochelle led all scorers with 12 points and added 13 rebounds. Chelsea Eades had 10 points. Marilee Marrow led the Wolverines with 11 points and Stephanie Skinner pitched in 10.
Scissons credited Ashley Klone for her defensive efforts on Riverton's Jeri Jacobson. The 4A's third-leading scorer, she was held to just one field goal and one free throw.
"A big key was to shut down Jacobson and Klone did a great job on her," Scissons said. "These types of games are pressure-packed and the kids came out and did what we needed to do."
n NATRONA COUNTY 51, SHERIDAN 42: On Friday, Maurica Medders had 16 points and seven rebounds and her sister Bethany added 14, including 10 in the fourth quarter as the Fillies rallied to beat the Broncs and move into the regional final.
NC jumped on top in the first quarter, but Sheridan opened the second with a 10-0 run and took a 26-23 into the break. Down three points in the fourth quarter, Bethany Medders hit back-to-back 3-pointers to spark an 11-0 run and the Fillies out-scored the Broncs 19-9 down the stretch for the win.
"(After that 10-0 run), we fought and got back into it," NC coach Brian Costello said. "And with the 11-0 run we went from down three to up eight. That's the difference in the game."
Erika Stender had 14 points for Sheridan and Kelsey Boedeker had 10. Makenzie Bartsch had 13 rebounds for NC.
The Broncs were just 5-of-16 from the free-throw line while the Fillies were 16-of-28.
"We just did a good job going to the basket," Costello said. "And we out-rebounded them 44-27, that was another big key."

n STAR VALLEY 36, POWELL 32: On Thursday, Michonne Robertson scored 16 points as the Braves held off the Panthers in overtime.

n JACKSON 59, PINEDALE 27: On Thursday, The Broncs out-scored the Wranglers 21-2 in the first quarter and cruised to victory behind 18 points from Jennifer Fischer.

n GILLETTE 65, KELLY WALSH 38: On Friday, the Camels jumped out to a 14-point lead by halftime and never looked back against the Trojans. Jordan Kent scored 15 points to send Gillette on to the regional final.
Ten players scored for the Camels, who hit seven 3-pointers. Carissa Rohrback had 11 points and Ashleigh Anderson pitched in 10.
Ashley Klone and Chelsea Eades led the Trojans with eight points apiece.
3A West Regional

n LANDER 45, WORLAND 27: On Friday, the Tigers held the Warriors to just eight points in the first half and advanced to the regional final behind 22 points from Dani White.
