The Montana boys used a big third quarter to defeat Wyoming 100-71 in the annual all-star basketball series Saturday in Billings.

The game was tied 39-all at the half, but Montana outscored Wyoming 35-11 in the third quarter and cruised to its 12th consecutive victory in the series.

Kelly Walsh's Jaxon Hiatt had 13 points to lead the Cowboy State, with Cameron Carter (Kelly Walsh) and Cody Baumstarck (Worland) pitching in 12 points each and Eric Jamerman (Douglas) 10.

Brendan Howard of Great Falls had 25 points to lead all scorers.
